What is the difference between health-related and skill-related physical fitness?

Health related is when it mostly talks about your body and skill related is whether you can do it or not.

What are the health-related components of physical fitness?

That you can gain weight and possible die.

What are the skill-related components of physical fitness?

The skill related is about how good and whether you can or cannot do the skill.

Why does a person not have to be a good athlete to be physically fit?

If you are a good athlete that doesn't mean that you are fit because in football you have big people that can play but that doesn't mean they are in physical fit.

Why is it important to know your current level of health-related fitness?

It is important because you may become skinny but most of your body is composed of fat.
